Rejected Xbox Names

I ran into an interesting article on IGN and thought I would post it here:

The one that makes sense... Directx Box.  This makes sense due to Directx software in windows used for gaming and other stuff.   I guess that's how they derived the name Xbox.

Those are some crappy names..

They should have hired a bunch of stoners to sit around a circle and toss out names. The only things on the deny list that was remotely good were rip-offs, OM - Odyssey of the Mind (Magnavox Odyssey), MEGA - Neo Geo had mega written all over it!

LOL... makes me wonder how many other crappy names are out there for many systems... there were some gems in there lol.
