One of my personalities watched Moon Knight this week. Not sure which one. I am going to watch it myself.

I'm the one who watched it retro. It is one of those good series that Disney+ seems to "hit or miss" when it comes to producing original content. Who else is excited about Moon Knight besides retro? First episode was good.

I watched the first ep tonight.  It was hard to follow, but I can start to see pieces coming together.

Besides, the main character, Steven... or was it Mark?.. is also Poe from Star Wars episodes VII, VIII, and IX.  I have not seen any rebel X-wings yet.

Who started this thread?
LOL you started this thread.

We are a bit behind right now.  I just finished up my Capstone with a Caltech CTME program... so I was under water for the last 3-4 weeks.  The 1st episode... was odd... but good.  I'm not sure how they're going to keep continuing on at this point.

We are getting ready to watch Episode 2...  very soon!  I keep hearing Ep 2 is awesome.

retro junkie

Got through with episode 3. Hmmm........... that was wild.

I don't know much about Moon Knight but this series has been consistently good in my opinion. Oscar Isaac is doing a phenomenal job.

I almost didn't keep up with it, the first episode took its sweet time building up to the action. I like it now that i've seen the third episode.

retro junkie

Seen the forth episode. I think he is still in the tomb.

Another great episode. I wish it was more than 6 episodes but doesn't seem like they have pacing issues like the previous series. So it'll probably be fine.

retro junkie

I am hoping for a full moon in episode six. If you have been alert the moon has been changing with each episode. Also Kang from the Loki series was sitting in that white room in episode 4. What?! Moon Knight is at full power in a full moon.

Episode 5 was absolutely amazing. I sincerely hope they stick the landing with the final episode, but with the way things are going I have faith.

Can you point out where and put it in a spoiler tag? I know that there is something in episode 3 regarding Kang but didn't catch anything in Ep. 4.

Who are these Oscar and Isaac fellows, and what do they have to do with Steve, Mark, and Poe?

All we get is four episodes?.... noooooooo

The show was a tease so far. As soon as you get hooked, they're all like, "that's it for now."

Guess I will just have to settle for waiting for Obi Wan instead of albino Deadpool.

@CreepinDeth this is for you concerning episode 4.

Spoiler: ShowHide
It seems like everyone in the hospital are people from the first three episodes. And this looks like Kang seated at the table, or am I imagining things.

Excellent final episode of this season. I haven't enjoyed a Disney series like this since Loki. I am hoping for another season, but this stands alone as it is as being very satisfying. Big thumbs up!!

And the post credit scene, how shall I put it,................awesome!

yeah.. this was great.  It was a pretty cool ending... there are parts I REALLY had to think about as well.  At the very end of the series, I had to rewind a few times to fully understand what the heck just happened.

BTW... good eye and noticing the above.  I totally missed that.

CreepinDeth

Good ending. This is definitely my favorite D+ MCU show at the moment.

Now that we have the ending I feel that whenever...

Spoiler: ShowHide
Marc/Steven blackout, they're actually becoming Jake Lockley. Although Marc is a very good fighter, he's not really a killer but Jake definitely is. Also, Marc knows about Steven because he deliberately created him but Jake seems to have been manifested in a different way and that's why neither of the two know he's a part of them and the blackouts are neither of them knowing they switched to Jake.

retro junkie

@CreepinDeth i think it is my favorite D+ series too. And looking at your spoiler, I'm impressed that you were able to think that through and write it out so that it makes sense. I don't think that I would have tackled it. LOL

Thanks! I'm glad it makes sense. The whole theory was in my mind immediately after the show ended but did take me a little time to put the pieces together. Will rewatch it soon just to catch all the other things I missed and see how it all ties together.

It all made sense when...

Spoiler: ShowHide
Khonshu revealed who he really wanted as his avatar and it was Jake since he's willing to go the furthest in terms of punishment. (ie. killing people.)

BLUEVOODU

That makes a lot of sense.  That's what we were thinking as well.  I didn't expect that twist.

We thought it was strange when
Spoiler: ShowHide
in the final episode, Steven blacked out.  When he came to, everyone was dead and Steven's wife looked at him in horror and said "was that you?"

After that... it all became clear.
