It is pricey ($50)... but resembles a NES cart. I thought it was rather cool. The standard edition is pretty cool as well and more affordable (around $21):

I've been hitting the book section of thrift stores pretty hard looking for this kind of stuff....
@targetrasp yeah... this book is really cool. It is a bit pricey... but it's definitely a really cool design and has a large NES styled dust cover. It's pretty crazy.. they did a really cool job with the cover
