Upgrading forums

Just a heads up... in the next couple weeks, I will upgrade the forums to the newest version.  This is a new version, so some stuff will be added and there will be  changes in terms of some functions.

If there are questions, please let me know. The theme(s) should be the same for now, but could also look slightly different. 

Additional functions  that will be there, you will now be able to insert images directly in posts. 

Also -

• A new WYSIWYG editor SCEditor.
• HTML5 attachment uploading (including
• drag and drop)
• Drafts.
• Likes.
• Mentions.
• Alerts for new likes, mentions, private messages, etc.
• Event times and time zones in the Calendar.
• Time zone selection; manual hourly offsets are a thing of the past

lol... sounds like you guys are ready.     I'm a little behind schedule... but hopefully this will be in place next week. A few technical particulars needed to be prepped beforehand... and it took a bit longer than expected.  However, all of those pieces are now in place and next week should be the week for the upgrade.

ok - we are upgraded.  However, testing and other stuff needs to happen over the next week.  Feel free to let me know if you find something. 

Themes are not updated... images are not updated - yet.  I need to re-theme and many other tasks still.
